Bookings,
in one calendar.

Five kinds of booking, one calendar. Guests ask for a time, and you approve each request or let it confirm on its own. Scheduling is in beta: it works, and we are still improving it.

How it works

A “Book now” link, and a calendar you run.

The five kinds: overnight stays, time-slot appointments, classes with a teacher and a seat limit, events with a number of places, and restaurant tables for a party.

  • Guests book from a “Book now” link on your website, with a sign-in or just an email.
  • You approve each booking, or let bookings confirm on their own, or let returning guests confirm on their own.
  • Double-booking is prevented, and named staff and teachers cannot be booked twice.
  • Phone and walk-in bookings go in by hand, attendance is kept, and a front desk view runs the stays.
  • A guided setup, and the assistant can set it up with you.

Not yet: guests cannot pay online, no booking emails are sent, and there is no calendar sync and no tickets.

ExampleRooms still free each night
A table of room types down the side and nights across the top, each cell showing how many rooms are still free out of the total.

Each cell shows the rooms still free out of the rooms in total. Red means none are left.

ExampleShort recording
Two classes on a yoga studio’s weekly timetable, Gentle Yoga and Morning Flow, each with its date, time and how many of its 8 places are left.

Adding a booking by hand: the places left in the class go from four to two.
