Terms of Service
These terms explain what Wheeler Websites provides and where the service stops.
What we provide
Wheeler Websites creates and hosts a website for your organization. The service includes website generation, hosting on Cloudflare, security updates for the managed site, and the AI-assisted edit allowance shown in your plan.
What we do not provide
We do not provide legal, tax, crisis, medical, or professional advice. AI-generated text and designs require your review. The base plan does not include a custom email inbox, unlimited edits, custom application development, or a custom domain registration fee.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the content, images, logos, and information you provide. You confirm that you have permission to use material you upload or ask us to migrate. You are responsible for reviewing claims, links, contact details, and policies before publishing.
Nonprofit verification
Some plans and features require nonprofit verification. We may use public registries, ask for documentation, or provide provisional access while verification is completed. We may suspend nonprofit-only features if verification expires or cannot be confirmed.
Payment, edits, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at checkout. Monthly edits do not roll over unless the plan specifically says otherwise. Purchased edit packs expire according to their purchase terms. You may cancel future renewals; work already requested may continue through the current build stage.
Website availability
We work to keep managed websites available, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may pause a site or request when it violates law, infringes another person's rights, abuses the service, or creates a security risk.
Privacy
How we collect and handle your information, including the account access you grant during an email migration, is described in our Privacy Policy.
