Delete your data

You can ask Jaybird Digital to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or GitHub.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in details (your name and email address, and the link to any Facebook, Google, or GitHub sign-in), your profile, your conversations with our assistant, and any saved email-migration connections. Websites you own are taken offline and their content removed.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, and nothing else.

If you signed in with Facebook

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find Jaybird Digital and choose Remove. This stops Facebook sharing any further information with us.
  3. Then send the request below, using the email address on your Facebook account, so we delete the data we already hold.

Request deletion

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. To protect your account, we confirm the request with the account's email address before deleting anything.
